I absolutely had to give this book five stars! There are two things that I loved about this book (well a lot of things but 2 main things lol). The first is that it was funny! The banter in this book is perfection and Amelia totally seems like the kind of person I would be friends with in real life. Second I love the way that H.L. wrote these characters. Amelia is a powerhouse. She is unapologetic in the way that she refuses to bow down to the males in her career and relationships. She is a QUEEN. And Riley…. He is what every male friend or partner should be! He is never threatened or intimidated by her and he encourages her to forge her own path and make her own decisions. We need more characters like them! I loved this book. It was a closed door romance but your imagination won’t disappoint!
