Penny Miller is a kindergarten teacher and she absolutely loves it. She has always dreamed of being a mom. When her boyfriend of 3 years suddenly breaks up with her for a younger, more fit and fun teacher that dream seems even further away. Luke Campbell is a hockey star, who has a reputation for being a one night stand kind of guy. His whole life turns upside down when an old hook up of his show up with his baby and leaves him with the sole parenting responsibility. When Luke hires Penny to help nanny, she comes up with an even better idea, getting married! She thinks that becoming a family man will help out his image with his hockey team and show them that he can be responsible while he can help her remember what it’s like to be fun and wants his help to get in shape.

I really enjoyed this book. It was sweet and romantic and spicy! I love that Luke steps up to try and be the best parent that he can and that Penny really steps in as a great mom. Penny wants to change who she is because her ex-boyfriend made her feel like she wasn’t good enough, but Luke really makes her feel like she is perfect exactly as she is. He loves her as she is right now. I love a good fake married to real love story!
